At Catawba Valley Health System, we moved from Medkinetics to Cactus for Credentialing/Privileging and Physician Quality. However, in the past I have used Echo and prefer that software.

Columbus Regional uses MD Staff for credentialing and Premier for OPPE/FPPE. I've seen where MD Staff has an OPPE/FPPE module & will be looking into that. Not satisfied with Premier.

I work with Hospice & Palliative Care Providers. We do not do Peer Reviews or FPPE/OPPE. The providers have annual reviews from their supervisor. We use Silversheet for credentialing/privileging.

Duke Regional Hospital uses Echo/Verity for our credentialing software. We have recently added Echo as our Peer Review software. We are still building forms and templates.

WakeMed uses Cactus for credentialing, peer review, FPPE, and OPPE. It does not work well for OPPE.
